Match the charger to your Lem version
Magnetic version
The supplied connector snaps onto the charging area on the back of Lem. Let it align naturally and sit flat; do not force it.
USB-C version
The supplied USB-C plug connects directly to Lem's Type-C port. Insert it gently and stop if it does not fit cleanly.

Identify your charging version
Check the cable supplied with your Lem. It will either have a magnetic connector that attaches to the back or a USB-C connector that fits the Type-C port.
Dry the toy and charging area
Lem is rated waterproof, but it must be out of the bath or shower and completely dry before it is connected to power.
Inspect the connection
Check the cable, connector and charging area for moisture, dust or visible damage. Use a clean, dry cloth if needed.
Connect the cable without force
Seat the magnetic connector flat against its charging area or insert the USB-C plug gently into the matching port.
Connect to USB power
Plug the other end into a working USB port or compatible USB adapter and leave Lem undisturbed for a full charge.
Disconnect before use
Remove the charging cable before switching Lem on or using it. Follow the main Lem guide for operation, cleaning and storage.
Troubleshooting
If Lem is not charging
The charger does not connect securely
Confirm which Lem version you have. The magnetic connector should sit flat against the matching charging area; the USB-C connector should enter its port without force. Remove visible dust with a clean, dry cloth, then reconnect.
Nothing happens after connecting it
Disconnect and reconnect both ends of the cable, then try a USB port or adapter that you already know works. Keep the toy dry while testing, and use the cable supplied for your charging version.
The battery runs down sooner than expected
Give Lem one uninterrupted full charge before testing it again. The published specification is up to 120 minutes of use after a full charge; if performance remains far below that, contact support with your order number and charging version.
The cable or toy looks damaged
Stop charging and disconnect it from power. Do not force a bent connector or continue with a split cable, damaged port, unusual heat, smell or swelling. Ask support to identify the correct next step or replacement.
